Pet memorial photo editor
PetPrintKit works as a pet memorial photo editor: it checks how large your photo of them can print, replaces a cluttered background, adds their name and years, and gives you a file for every frame size. It runs in your browser, never redraws your pet, and uploads nothing.
Choosing the photo
Pick the one that looks like them. That matters more than which photo is technically best, and the editor will tell you how large each one can print, so you can check a few.
Very often the photo that looks most like them is a phone snapshot sent in a chat. The original is usually still on the phone that took it, and it prints far larger than the chat copy.
Five steps
The editor runs top to bottom on one page, and each step hands its result to the next. Download the files before you close the tab: nothing is kept once it is closed, which is also why nothing can leak.
- Check what the photo can print. Choose the photo and the editor lists the largest size it prints cleanly at, for every frame size, with the crop already taken off.
- Replace the background, if it needs it. The editor lifts your pet away from what is behind them, and a brush fixes the edge. White, a plain color, a quiet texture or a photo of a place they liked can go behind.
- Add their name and years. Type the name on one line and the years on the next. Choose where the words sit and how large; they land in the same place on every size.
- Frame it once. Position the portrait once, and every frame size is cut from that framing.
- Download the files. One ZIP holds a file for each size, at the pixel dimensions and DPI a print shop expects.
It keeps the photo as it was
Nothing here redraws your pet. AI portrait apps make a new picture guided by yours, and what comes back can be not quite them. Here only the background changes; the face, the coat and the expression are the pixels the camera recorded.
What it does not do
It does not repair a damaged print, such as scratches, fading or a tear. It does not make a small photo larger, either: the check tells you honestly which sizes the photo can fill. And it does not print. Any photo counter, print shop or online lab can print the files it gives you.
What it costs
Everything described here is free: the print-size check, the background, the name, the room previews and watermarked downloads to see the result. The clean full-size files for that photo, every size in one ZIP, are $5 once, with no account and no subscription.
It all runs in your own browser. The photo is never uploaded, to us or to anyone else.
